Our Project
At Brandjam Creative, we partnered with Dawson’s Haulage, a trusted Australian-owned and family-operated transport company based in Baranduda, Victoria, to enhance their brand visibility and modernise their digital presence. Here’s how we worked together to achieve their goals through an integrated approach.

Dawson’s Haulage required a refreshed digital strategy to better showcase their extensive transport services, engage with their audience across social platforms, and highlight their partnerships with key organisations like Dolly’s Dream. Their existing website and social media efforts did not fully reflect their expertise or reach their audience effectively.
We crafted a multi-faceted plan to elevate Dawson’s Haulage’s digital presence and connect with their audience in a meaningful way. Our efforts were focused on three key areas:
1. Website Design and Development
We designed and developed a modern, user-friendly website tailored to Dawson’s Haulage’s needs. The new site features:
Enhanced navigation to showcase their extensive fleet and services, including mining, defence, and agriculture transportation.
Mobile optimisation to ensure seamless browsing across all devices.
SEO best practices to attract more local and national traffic.
A dedicated section highlighting their community initiatives and partnerships, including Dolly’s Dream.
2. Social Media Management
Our team revamped their social media strategy to engage their audience and highlight their brand values. Key activities included:
Creating engaging posts about their services, fleet, and industry expertise.
Showcasing community involvement, such as their collaboration with Dolly’s Dream.
Launching a TikTok account to connect with younger audiences and promote their new merchandise line.
Building consistent branding across platforms to ensure a unified voice and look.
3. Content Creation
We produced high-quality, Australian-focused content to enhance Dawson’s online presence, including:
Blog posts about the transport industry and its role in various sectors.
Informative pages detailing their fleet and services.
Visual content for social media, including photos, videos, and infographics.
Through this collaboration, Dawson’s Haulage has achieved:
A modern, professional website that effectively communicates their services and values.
Improved audience engagement across social media platforms.
Increased brand awareness, particularly through their TikTok presence and community-focused content.
Stronger connections with their audience, highlighting their commitment to both quality service and social responsibility.
Our partnership with Dawson’s Haulage showcases how a tailored digital strategy can elevate a trusted industry leader and connect them with their audience in meaningful ways. We look forward to continuing our collaboration as they expand their digital footprint and community impact.
